Each club is designed as a mid-prime boutique space with purpose — tailored to modern urban life and timeless human needs.

Strategically located in vibrant neighbourhoods or near major cities, our clubs offer a welcoming alternative to the intimidating, hyper-competitive gym scene — spaces where people genuinely want to spend time.

Inside, you’ll find premium finishes, top-of-the-line amenities and smart technology, all brought to life in efficient spaces between 300 and 600 m², offering two flexible implementation options to suit different locations and investment levels:

Model 500–600 m² – With Zen Studio
A dedicated space for yoga, expanding the wellness offer and member experience.

Model 300–350 m² – Without Zen Studio
Maintaining breathwork and meditation sessions, while optimising investment and operating costs.
