Zenergie didn’t start as a business idea. It started as a response to something that was missing.
After more than 30 years operating and leading fitness chains across Europe, we saw it clearly: Too many people were being left out of the traditional fitness model.
We saw how staying well—physically and emotionally—became harder, less enjoyable, and often overlooked with age.
So we decided to create something different.

The Zenergie gyms format

Zenergie clubs are designed to operate in 550–600 m² — the sweet spot for high service, low intimidation, and strong profitability.

Located in vibrant urban neighborhoods or nearby high-income residential zones, our model balances accessibility with aspirational positioning.

Each club includes four core areas:

The Strength Studio

The physical foundation.
Equipped with Egym’s AI-powered smart strength circuit, this area delivers highly personalized, safe and effective training programs based on biological age, health status and fitness goals. It’s designed to help members build and preserve the muscle mass that will support them for life.

The Zen Studio

The mental and emotional core.
A serene, light-filled space for yoga, breathwork, guided meditation and mindfulness practices. Led by trained wellness coaches, sessions are designed to help members reduce stress, improve focus and reconnect with themselves — essential for long-term vitality.

The social heart of the club.
An open, welcoming space  where members gather post-session to connect, share and simply be. It’s where human conversations happen.

Where relaxation and recovery begins.
Equipped with a Finnish dry sauna and relaxation beds, this space is designed to calm the nervous system, enhance circulation, and promote muscular recovery.
